The FP&A Systems Manager will serve as the architect and product owner of our Pigment financial planning ecosystem. This role sits within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)  team and bridges the gap between technical systems and financial strategy.

You will own our Pigment instance, enabling broader BI and reporting capabilities, and provide a single source of truth for FP&A and finance operations. This role is focused on building, integrating, and scaling systems.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a focus on Pigment development for the first 6–12 months, setting the foundation for a scalable, automated, and driver-based financial planning environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary architect for Pigment, designing models for forecasting, scenario planning, and reporting.
  • Build data integration strategies connecting Pigment to ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other operational systems.
  • Structure complex hierarchies and assumptions to support multi-entity, multi-currency financial planning.
  • Maintain model integrity, version control, and the “single source of truth” for all FP&A planning.
  • Architect BI dashboards to provide FP&A and business leaders with self-service access to real-time insights.
  • Ensure role-based security for sensitive financial and personnel data.

Enablement & Process Design

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Pigment system solutions.
  • Optimize core planning processes, including Annual Operating Plan, Rolling Forecasts, and scenario modeling.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual effort for analysts.
  • Lead training and adoption initiatives to upskill the FP&A team on Pigment capabilities.

Finance Data Governance & Integration

  • Define and govern standardized metrics and calculation logic across ERP, Pigment, and BI tools.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to define pipelines and integration requirements.
  • Conduct data integrity audits and maintain consistent master data across systems.
  • Ensure system scalability for new business structures, product lines, or organizational changes.

Strategic Roadmap & Governance

  • Lead innovation initiatives within Pigment to drive predictive forecasting and advanced analytics.
  • Act as the technical gatekeeper, ensuring system enhancements align with long-term strategy.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce reliance on manual processes.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A systems, financial systems, or enterprise planning.
  • Hands-on experience building and implementing Pigment.
  • Strong SQL and data pipeline skills.
  • Experience integrating financial and operational systems.
  • Proven track record of owning a planning system implementation end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, BI tools).
