Decisive Edge (Calintro)

Decisive Edge is the company developing Calintro, a new career development platform for university students, recent graduates and emerging professionals. Calintro combines software, training and human coaching to help people develop the practical skills, habits and professional networks needed to successfully launch and manage their careers. The company is currently moving from product development into proof-of-concept and pilot deployment. We have established a university partnership with Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business' Master in Management of Artificial Intelligence and are in discussions with additional universities and potential partners as we prepare for broader rollout. Calintro is being built around a simple premise: many of the professional skills and networking habits that previous generations developed gradually on the job are now needed much earlier, often before a young professional can secure their first meaningful role. We are assembling the core team that will help take Calintro through its proof-of-concept, pilot and commercial launch. This includes people working across product and technology, program delivery, design and visual communication, and learning and behavioural program development.
