Role Title: Lead – Enterprise Learning Operations & Product Readiness
Location: Trivandrum, India

Role Purpose

Zafin is strengthening its Enterprise Learning function to support a fast-scaling, product-led, SaaS and AI-enabled banking technology organization. As we grow, Learning must move beyond training coordination and become a business readiness engine that helps employees understand Zafin’s platform, products, implementation context, client expectations and evolving AI-enabled ways of working.

The Lead – Enterprise Learning Operations & Product Readiness will be responsible for bringing operational discipline, execution rigour and measurable impact to Zafin’s learning agenda. This role will own the learning operating rhythm, LMS governance, product learning deployment, onboarding readiness, stakeholder coordination and learning adoption dashboards.

The ideal candidate is not just a training coordinator or LMS administrator. We are looking for a structured, execution-oriented learning professional who can translate business priorities into practical learning programs, drive follow-through across teams, and ensure that learning initiatives result in visible readiness and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Operations & Governance
   Own the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Enterprise Learning function, including calendars, trackers, dashboards, action logs, stakeholder follow-ups and monthly reporting. Ensure learning initiatives move from idea to execution with clear owners, timelines and measurable outcomes.
LMS Ownership & Learning Hub Management
   Manage the LMS and Learning Hub as active business platforms, not passive content repositories. Ensure learning paths, modules, user journeys, completion tracking, reports and content hygiene are maintained with discipline.
Product & Platform Learning Readiness
   Work closely with Product, Customer Enablement, Technology and SMEs to convert Zafin product knowledge into structured learning journeys. Support capability maps, product learning modules, release-linked learning, role-based readiness paths and deployment learning assets.
New Hire & Role-Based Learning
   Strengthen onboarding and role-based learning for new joiners across India and global teams. Ensure new employees, especially in Customer Enablement, Product, Technology and Delivery roles, have clear learning paths and early readiness milestones.
Release-Linked Learning Execution
   Build and manage a repeatable learning deployment framework for product releases and capability updates. Ensure relevant teams receive timely, contextual learning on what changed, why it matters and how it impacts clients or delivery.
ZLDA / AI-Enabled Learning Adoption
   Support the adoption and continuous improvement of Zafin’s learning GPT / AI-enabled learning tools. Track usage, identify gaps, curate relevant content and help employees use AI-enabled learning responsibly and effectively.
Learning Metrics & Impact Reporting
   Move Learning reporting beyond completion numbers. Track adoption, readiness, usage, feedback, time-to-productivity indicators, role-based learning progress and business impact measures. Prepare concise monthly updates for leadership.
Stakeholder Management
   Act as the execution bridge between Learning, Product, CE, Tech, HR and business teams. Drive alignment, capture requirements, follow up on SME inputs and ensure learning commitments are delivered on time.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of experience in learning operations, enterprise learning, SaaS enablement, product training operations, customer enablement or program management within a technology, fintech, SaaS, consulting or product organization.

The candidate should bring strong execution discipline, comfort with systems and dashboards, stakeholder management maturity and the ability to convert complex information into structured learning plans.

Required Skills

Strong learning operations and program management capability
Hands-on LMS experience and comfort with learning technologies
Ability to manage dashboards, trackers, reports and governance routines
Experience working with SMEs, Product, Technology or Customer Enablement teams
Strong written and oral communication and content structuring ability
Ability to translate business priorities into practical learning plans
Strong follow-through, ownership and attention to detail
Comfort with AI-enabled learning tools and digital adoption platforms
Ability to work in a lean team with limited supervision


Nice to have - Ability to apply AI and agentic workflows to Learning by partnering with Product, Technology and business SMEs to build practical learning agents, knowledge assistants and just-in-time performance support tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience in SaaS, fintech, banking technology or enterprise software
Exposure to agile learning programs, product enablement, capability building or change adoption initiatives will be highly valued.
Experience building role-based learning journeys
Experience supporting onboarding for mid-senior or specialist talent
Familiarity with AI tools for knowledge management, content creation or learning support.
Exposure to AI-enabled learning platforms, GPT-based knowledge tools, learning copilots or enterprise knowledge assistants will be strongly preferred.
B.Tech with MBA preferred, with prior experience in Big 4 / consulting or enterprise technology environments.
